Mindfulness courses

We run 8 week courses based on the Breathworks mindfulness program to support people with their health and wellbeing, teaching skills to help manage stress and anxiety as well as pain and long term health conditions.

Working in the community

We work with partners in the community to make our courses available to all, offering a flexible approach and adapting our program and resources to meet the needs of different groups.

Nature-based work

We draw on our background in biology and ecology to offer mindfulness walks and to integrate learning mindfulness skills with gardening and conservation.


We help organisations to support their staff and to embed mindfulness skills and values into their culture.

Schools and young people

We offer training to teaching staff and to young people in schools and youth groups.

For mindfulness teachers

We support professionals, mindfulness teachers and trainees.
