Mindfulness Garden course LGBT+/neurodiverse

September 18 @ 10:30 am - November 13 @ 1:00 pm

Take part in gentle gardening activities and learn mindfulness skills to support your wellbeing in a kind and friendly small group.

For adults who identify as LGBT+ and/or neurodivergent.

You don’t need any experience of gardening or mindfulness.  Horton Community Farm is a beautiful urban green space for nature and food growing at Horton Allotments in the middle of terraced streets.

This is an 8 week course on Monday mornings 10.30am to 1pm, starting 18th September, with a break for half term.

Led by experienced trainers from Horton Community Farm and Leeds Mindfulness Co-op.

There is no pressure to do anything strenuous and you can go at your own pace. We adjust activities to suit your needs. Shelter and hot drinks are provided. We’d love for you to join us.
