8 week course on Mondays from 14th October 10am – 12.30pm (no session 28th October)
In the 8 week course you will be gently introduced to mindfulness practices, activities and ideas in a supportive and friendly group. You will learn skills to help you relax, be present and bring a kind awareness to your experience even if it includes difficulty. This gives you the space and persepctive to respond to your experience in ways that are helpful and support your wellbeing. Each session includes guided meditaiton, in-depth teaching on the practices and techniques, discussion, opportunities for questions, and help with your home practice.
