Taster session/Introduction to Mindfulness: Tuesday 28th January 2025 5.30pm – 7.00pm
8 week course: Tuesdays from 11 th February 5.30pm – 7pm

In parallel with the face to face Mindfulness for Stress course at Carlton Hill Quaker Meeting House on Friday mornings, this course is aimed primarily at students and younger adults who would like to learn mindfulness to support their mental health and wellbeing. These are 1.5hr weekly sessions with a mixture of short mindfulness practices, discussion and ideas to help build attention skills and reduce patterns of anxiety/rumination. We welcome students and others with complex mental health, particularly those who are neurodiverse, have a disability and students who belong to the LGBTQ+ community.
