This course is for people who are living with anxiety, depression and other mental health difficulties. On this course we particularly welcome people who identify as LGBT+, people who are neurodiverse and overseas students away from their usual source of support.
This mindfulness course can help you to:
- learn skills and tools to support your health and help you regain perspective;
- manage overthinking and feel in control of your life;
- develop greater concentration and focus;
- take joy in simple everyday pleasures
