Free winter walk for over 50s and carers with an introduction to mindfulness.

10 am – 12 in Roberts Park, Saltaire, BD17 7LU. Meeting point: Loverose Way car park (Off of Coach Road, next to the childrens play area)

Includes a free hot drink at a cafe!
