For people with chronic pain, physical and mental health conditions as well as anxiety and low mood. Learn mindfulness and self-compassion skills to bring into daily life. Discover how mindfulness can help you to manage pain and difficult experiences, build greater concentration and focus, and take joy in simple everyday pleasures. Open to all.
