Our friendly group courses equip you with the skills to bring more happiness, resilience and wellbeing into your life.
Our 8-week Breathworks Mindfulness for Health courses offer you tools to live well with a chronic pain or health condition. The Breathworks Mindfulness for Stress course helps you to apply mindfulness and compassion skills in the midst of a busy life. It is supportive for those seeking to prevent the relapse of depression and anxiety, or who would simply like to find more joy in their lives.
We also design specific courses to meet the needs of particular communities and organisations.
We have a particular emphasis on practicing in nature, such as The Mindfulness Garden in association with Horton Community Farm and Bradford Council.
Once you have completed a course you can deepen and sustain your mindfulness practice with our weekly ‘graduate’ drop-in sessions and our day retreats and mindful nature walks that are run several times a year. We occasionally run a continuation course that further develops the kindness practices that are integral to all our courses.
