We have courses and events that can be directly booked by individuals and we also design courses and taster sessions for businesses, community groups, charities and schools.
We are currently offering online led meditation sessions twice a week to everyone who has done a course with us or who already has an established mindfulness practice. On our Breathworks Mindfulness for Stress courses you will learn techniques to cope with stress and anxiety, improve your resilience and to reduce the chances of a relapse of depression.
Our Breathworks Mindfulness for Health courses offer you tools to live well with a chronic pain or health condition.
We have a particular emphasis on practicing in nature, such as The Mindfulness Garden in association with Horton Community Farm and Bradford Council.
We run various community events and taster sessions to help you get an idea of what practicing with us would be like.
Once you have completed a course you can deepen and sustain your mindfulness practice on our day retreats and mindful nature walks that are run several times a year. We also run a continuation course that further develops the kindness practices that are integral to all our courses.
