Our friendly group courses equip you with the skills to bring more happiness, resilience and wellbeing into your life. Some of our courses are run to meet the needs of particular communities and organisations, while others can be booked directly by individuals.  We also run taster sessions to help you get an idea of what practicing with us would be like. 

Our 8-week Breathworks Mindfulness for Health courses offer you tools to live well with a chronic pain or health condition. The Breathworks Mindfulness for Stress course helps you to apply mindfulness and compassion skills in the midst of a busy life.

We work online, in person and in nature, such as The Mindfulness Garden with Horton Community Farm for over 50s and carers in Bradford.

Once you have completed a course you can deepen and sustain your mindfulness practice with our weekly online drop-in sessions and other events.  

We also offer events for mindfulness teachers where we can connect and deepen our practice together.
