During this difficult time we are offering online led meditation sessions twice a week to everyone who has done a course with us or who already has an established mindfulness practice. The times are Wednesdays and Saturdays 10.30am – 11.30am and the details about how to join us are in the email newsletter. On our Breathworks Mindfulness for Stress courses you will learn techniques to cope with stress and anxiety, improve your resilience and to reduce the chances of a relapse of depression.
Our Breathworks Mindfulness for Health courses offer you tools to live well with a chronic pain or health condition.
We also run various community events and taster sessions to help you get an idea of what practicing with us would be like.
Once you have completed a course you can deepen and sustain your mindfulness practice on our day retreats that are run several times a year. We also run a continuation course that further develops the self-compassion and kindness to others practices that are integral to all our courses.
