Mindfulness for Health online and in person courses
Our Spring 2022 funded 8 week Mindfulness for Health course allowed participants the flexibility to join online or in person at Space 2. This course was for people over 60 and included several people living with long Covid.
LGBT+ mindfulness course and taster sessions
Our funded 8 week mindfulness course for the LGBT+ community ran in Spring 2022 and finished with a day retreat at LILAC.
Courses and resources for people living with sensory impairment
During 2021 we expanded our work in Leeds with people living with sensory impairment thanks to funding from the Coronavirus Community Support Fund, distributed by The National Lottery Community Fund. We produced interpreted resources, easy read guides and ran an 8-week Mindfulness course for people in the d/Deaf community. This funding also allowed us to produce BSL resources and audio guides to support our successful Visually Impaired mindfulness group. All of these courses were run with Feel Good Factor. Thanks to the Government for making this possible.
