Free 8 week mindfulness course for third sector staff


Are you working to support people in disadvantaged communities?
not feeling so good? a bit stressed?

On this course you will:

  • Learn about how mindfulness can help you manage stress and improve wellbeing.
  • Learn a range of compassionate body and breath-based meditations
  • Explore our thinking habits and learn to develop more kindness towards our-selves.
  • Connect with others in a well supported kindly space.

Taster session (week 1): Tues 19th October 9.30-11.30am
Continuing for 7 weeks Tues 2nd Nov 9.30-11.30am
