Mindfulness for stress taster

Join our free Mindfulness for Stress taster sessions

The taster sessions and following 8 week course is for people who are living with anxiety, depression and other mental health difficulties. We know there are many things which make mental health difficulties more complex.

On this taster and course we particularly welcome people who identify as LGBT+ , people who are neurodiverse and people who have a disability.

  • learn skills and tools to support your mental health and help you regain perspective.
  • manage overthinking and feel in control of your life
  • develop greater concentration and focus.
  • take joy in simple everyday pleasures.

The taster sessions are Friday 15th March and Friday 22nd March 11am – 1:30pm

The 8 week course is on Fridays from 26th April until 21st June, 11am-1:30pm

Booking is essential for both the taster sessions and the course.
