Mindfulness for Stress course

Join our FREE 8 week Mindfulness for Stress Course

This course is for people who are living with anxiety, depression and other mental health difficulties. We know there are many things which make mental health difficulties more complex.

On this course we particularly welcome people who identify as LGBT+ , people who are neurodiverse and people who have a disability.

  • learn skills and tools to support your mental health and help you regain perspective.
  • manage overthinking and feel in control of your life
  • develop greater concentration and focus.
  • take joy in simple everyday pleasures.

Fridays from 26th April until 21st June, 11am-1:30pm
