Free online mindfulness sessions suitable for beginners.
Wednesdays 10.30 – 11.15 during October and November. Starting 7th October.
Simple guided meditation and mindfulness exercises led by our experienced accredited mindfulness teachers. There won’t be any group discussion in this short session (great news if you are feeling a bit shy!), although you are welcome to ask questions at the end.
This is a good starting point if you are thinking about doing, or waiting for, one of our 8-week courses. You’ll learn some of the skills and ideas that we explore in much more depth on our courses.

More experienced mindfulness practitioners are very welcome as well, although you might be interested in our Saturday morning sessions to support your continuing practice.
