Practice Days & Mindful Walks

Our regular practice days, half days and mindful walks are offered to anyone who has completed an 8 week course with us or elsewhere, or who already has an established mindfulness practice. These are a fantastic opportunity to reconnect or to go deeper with your practice in a friendly small group.

Upcoming dates: 

Saturday 4th July 10.30am – 1pm.  By donation.  An online half-day retreat suitable for people who have completed an 8-week mindfulness course with us or elsewhere.  The day will include led meditation, poetry, discussion of themes from Breathworks courses and an opportunity to check-in and share about your practice.  Please get in touch at if you do not receive our newsletters and would like the Zoom link.
