Our regular practice days are offered to anyone who has completed an 8 week course with us, an 8 week course elsewhere or who already has an established mindfulness practice. These are a fantastic opportunity to come home to ourselves in a kindly, relaxing environment. Each day will give opportunities to reconnect or go deeper with your mindfulness practice. Suggested donations £20-£40 but please give as much or as little as you can afford; we don’t want cost to be a barrier to anyone.
We will let you know when we are able to meet face-to-face again. Meanwhile, we are offering online led meditation Wednesdays and Saturdays 10.30 – 11.30 for those who have already done a course with us or who have an established mindfulness practice.
