The Mindfulness Garden (currently online)

Meet others, learn ways to be kind to your mind and connect with nature.

The Mindfulness Garden is a collaboration with Horton Community Farm to offer taster sessions and 8-week drop-in programmes of mindfulness, nature connection and gardening for people living in Bradford.

The Mindfulness Garden continues to meet ONLINE on Thursday mornings 10.30 to 12.30 for led mindfulness and nature connection activities.

Thanks to Bradford council, sessions are FREE for people living in a Bradford postcode who are over 50 and their family, friends and carers.

To book email charlie@hcf.org.uk or phone 07403 394142.

Come and experience the benefits of spending time outdoors in a friendly, welcoming space. You will learn new skills and new ways towards well-being.  You can attend on a drop-in basis so come along even if you can’t make every week of the course.  Booking is essential. All welcome regardless of knowledge or ability in gardening or mindfulness, or whether you’ve been before. We are an open and welcoming group.

Next 8 week session dates:  We will confirm when we can meet face-to-face outside in the garden again.

Venue: Currently online. Usually at Horton Community Farm.
