The Mindfulness Garden

Meet others, learn ways to be kind to your mind and connect with nature.

Now in its third year, the Mindfulness Garden Project delivers an ongoing program of free 8 week courses for people over 50, or those caring for people over 50 living in Bradford.

The Mindfulness Garden Project is co-delivered by Leeds Mindfulness Cooperative and Horton Community Farm. Drawing on the 5 ways to Wellbeing these 8 week courses adapt the Breathworks program to an outdoor setting and in addition provide an opportunity to learn some gardening skills and have time benefitting from connection with nature.

If you are interested in joining the program please contact us info@mindfulnesscoop.co.uk

Thanks to Bradford council, sessions are FREE for people living in a Bradford postcode who are over 50 or those caring for people over 50 living in Bradford.

Come and experience the benefits of spending time outdoors in a friendly, welcoming space. You will learn new skills and new ways towards well-being.  We are an open and welcoming group.

Venue: Currently online. Usually at Horton Community Farm.
