The Mindfulness Garden offers taster sessions and 8-week drop-in programmes of mindfulness and gardening.
FREE for people living in a Bradford postcode who are over 50, carers or in receipt of benefits.
Come and experience the benefits of spending time outdoors in a friendly, welcoming space. You will learn new skills and new ways towards well-being. Everyone is welcome with others paying £6 low waged, £10 waged, per session. You can attend on a drop-in basis so come along even if you can’t make every week of the course. Booking is essential. All welcome regardless of knowledge or ability in gardening or mindfulness, or whether you’ve been before. We are an open and welcoming group.
