When you have completed an 8-week course with us you can join our thriving community who practice together! We run drop-in sessions, day retreats and other events to help you to stay in touch with your practice and each other.
Saturdays 9.30 – 10.30 online. Pay as you feel.

Practice days/half-day retreats
An online half-day retreat suitable for people who have completed an 8-week mindfulness course or who have equivalent experience. The retreat will include led meditation, poetry, discussion of themes from Breathworks courses and an opportunity to check-in and share about your practice. Please sign up for our email newsletter to hear about the next date.
Repeat an 8-week course by donation
We welcome those who have completed an 8-week course with us to repeat on some of our courses by donation and really value the experience they bring to a group. Our courses have such rich content that many in our community have done multiple courses and are still surprised by new areas of practice to explore each time. Please get in touch at email@example.com if you are thinking about repeating a course.
Continuing practice courses
We occasionally run ‘level 2’ mindfulness courses for people with more experience where we explore particular themes in more depth, such as our mindful self-compassion course. Please get in touch at firstname.lastname@example.org to register your interest.
