Continuing practice – currently online

The journey continues! When you have completed a course with us or already have an established mindfulness practice you are welcome to join our community of practioners.

During this difficult time we are currently offering online led meditation sessions twice a week to everyone who has done a course with us or who already has an established mindfulness practice. The times are Wednesdays and Saturdays 10.30 am – 11.30 am and the details about how to join us are in the email newsletter. If you do not currently get our newsletter please email us at

We also share with you a wealth of resources, tips and retreat information in our newsletter and on our facebook page. We occasionally run deepening practice courses and many people also find it helpful to repeat a mindfulness for health or mindfulness for stress course.

When we can meet face-to-face we offer practice days to help you stay in touch with and develop your practice. These are suitable for anyone who has completed an 8 week course with us, an 8 week course elsewhere or who already has an established mindfulness practice. These are a fantastic opportunity to come home to ourselves in a kindly, relaxing environment. Each day will give opportunities to reconnect or go deeper with your mindfulness practice.  Suggested donations £20-£40 but please give as much or as little as you can afford; we don’t want cost to be a barrier to anyone.
